Jewel Hunter: Lost Temple

Jewel Hunter: Lost Temple is a challenging puzzle game that makes use of mechanics very similar to those popularized by such successful titles as 'Candy Crush: Saga' or 'Bejeweled', which it imitates not only at a playable level but also borrows aspects such as graphics or special combo mechanics.

Our mission in Jewel Hunter: Lost Temple will be to try to fulfill the different objectives of the level by eliminating jewels before we run out of moves. Eliminating these jewels will be as simple as joining three or more that coincide both in shape and color, an action that will provoke the movement of the rest of the jewels and will allow us to perform, if we are lucky, automatic combos. Some of these objectives range from eliminating squares covered with dirt to recovering a specific number of jewels of the same color.

If we manage to combine four or more jewels using a single move we will create special pieces that will help us to clear a larger area of the level using a very limited number of moves. Making the most of these special jewels will be crucial when it comes to overcoming some of the most demanding levels.

While it is true that Jewel Hunter: Lost Temple does not bring anything new to a rather overexploited genre, the gameplay is solid enough to make it an interesting alternative to similar more popular games.
